Had a decent stay with clean rooms and comfy beds. Parking lot felt secure at night. The heater was loud, but it did the job! A fine place for a quick stop.

Hotel was upgraded, I liked the stay.
The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a fairly nice area, near many restaurants, the stores and food outlets. I had quadruple room that also was complete with microwaves, kitchenette and fridges. Everything here was good...

They offered brand-new and comfy rooms with a normal queen size bed and fridges, for instance.

First, I ran into a huge hole in the wall that looked like someone took their frustration out on it. The air conditioning didn't work, turning the room into a sauna, and it made trying to sleep an ordeal. To add insult to injury, other guests were partying outside their rooms until the wee hours. And just to top it off, this place advertised free breakfast, but that turned out to be a tall tale.

decent stay with some service issues
The staff was generally friendly, especially Issac and his wife, who were willing to help throughout our stay. The clean bedding provided a fresh touch to the room, contributing to a comfortable experience. The parking lot offered security, helping to ease concerns about leaving valuables in the car.

The hotel had no shampoo or washcloths. There was no shower head; only a pipe sticking out of the wall. There was no remote for the tv, and the phone was disconnected. The bathroom did not have a hair dryer as promised. The overall atmosphere of the establishment was very shady. The check-in time on my reservation was incorrect.

It was next to an econolodge where we ended up staying.
You get what you pay for! I am never going to book the cheapest hotel even if it is for just one night. Crackhead central. Stay at the econolodge next door. You even get 10% off your order at the waffle house with your econolodge key.

Aye, I was in a bind, but the staff came through. Had a chill room after swappin' it out for one with barking dogs. Loved the dope TV channels. But man, the area felt sketchy, with a lot of questionable folks hangin' 'round. The heater was loud too, for real. Ain't exactly the best vibe, ya know?

the place is a flophouse, not a hotel

Please don't stay here if you have a family! If you are tight on cash and don't mind staying at a what seems to be a shady clientele hotel then book, otherwise (like I should have) spend some more cash and sleep easy.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the well-lit parking lot, which contributed to a feeling of security . The location was convenient for my work commitments and provided easy access to local amenities.
The price was significantly higher due to the Balloon Fiesta.

The staff, the cleanliness, the room amenities, a cute experience!

We enjoyed our stay with the kids. The motel is conveniently located about 8.5 miles from Cliffs Amusement Park, made for a fun family outing. We appreciated the decent cable programming available for our downtime after a busy day.
For dads, it would be great if the security was tighter.
